After navigating early-onset menopause and being hospitalized twice for burnout and pneumonia, Jesse began a transformative wellness journey—one that shaped her approach to leadership and inspired her to embrace radical self-care, vulnerability, and the courage to ask for help. She now shares these insights through keynote speaking, advocating for wellness, leadership, and purpose at every stage of life.

Through her non-profit The Menopause Mission and her newest platform Your Menopause Muse, Jesse is creating spaces for education, empowerment, and open conversation around midlife transitions.
