My story is rooted in resilience, advocacy, and building real support for those living with chronic illness. After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I quickly realized how limited the support systems truly were. That experience has inspired me to launch a nonprofit — MS Nation Community Foundation — which I’m currently building to provide real-world resources, peer support, and education for people living with MS and their families.

In addition to my nonprofit work, I’m also a holistic wellness coach and speaker, helping others navigate life with chronic illness, manage mindset, and create sustainable wellness routines that fit real life. Through my podcast, Fearless with Mary, I share honest conversations, expert insights, and personal experiences that shed light on what it really means to thrive with MS while helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered.
